Low Effects for MTA, made by FunGt:

Effects removed:
- exaust smoke.
- sparks.
- collisions smoke.
- burnout smoke.
- infernus.dff has no more damaged parts.

Effects maintained:
- nos.
- damaged car smoke.
- fire and explosions.

Installation:
1. Copy effects.fxp in GTA San Andreas\models folder.
2. Open gta3.img with Alci IMG Editor, or something else, and replace infernus.dff.
3. Play.
